This page says what this website stores in your browser. The short answer is nothing, and that is why there is no cookie banner.
Cookies and local storage
Topaz Field Grove does not set cookies of its own. It does not use analytics, advertising, social-media or tracking scripts, and it does not store any data in your browser's local storage or session storage. The only script on the pages opens and closes the menu on small screens.
Things outside our control

How the site is built
The pages are plain files delivered by a web server. There is no content management system with a login, no shopping basket, no chat window, no embedded video, no social-media buttons and no comment section. Each of those features usually brings cookies with it, which is one reason the list above is short. Our hosting provider may write ordinary access logs on its own servers for security and fault-finding; those logs are not cookies and are not used by us for marketing.
Three terms, in plain words
- Cookie. A small text file that a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits, often to recognise you.
- Local storage. A similar browser store that can hold longer pieces of data, such as a saved preference. This site does not use it.
- Tracking pixel. A tiny invisible image that tells a third party you opened a page. This site has none.
Reading modes and translation tools
Your browser or an extension may translate the page, read it aloud or save it for offline use. Those tools can send page text to their own providers and may use cookies of their own. They run on your device and under your settings, not on this website, so please check their terms if that matters to you.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can stop the fonts being fetched from Google by using a font-blocking extension; the site will fall back to the fonts installed on your device and remain readable. If we ever add a tool that uses cookies, we will say so here first and ask before it runs.
If you follow a link out of the site
The Google Maps link on the contact page and any link in the legal pages leaves topazfieldgrove.com. As soon as you arrive on another site, its own cookie and privacy rules apply, and we cannot see or control them. Closing that tab returns you to a page that stores nothing.
How to check this yourself
Open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site, look at the storage or application panel, and you should find no cookies and no local storage entries belonging to topazfieldgrove.com. If you do find something, please tell us at inquiry@topazfieldgrove.com with the page address and the name of the item, and we will investigate and correct this page or the site.
What counts as essential
Some websites argue that certain cookies are strictly necessary, for example to keep a shopping basket or a login. Nothing of that kind exists here, so there is no category of essential cookie to describe and nothing that you could be asked to accept or refuse. The site works the same way whether your browser accepts cookies or blocks every one of them.
Why there is no banner
A cookie banner is meant to ask permission before something is stored. Because nothing is stored by this site, a banner would claim a practice that does not exist. If that changes, the banner and this page will change together.
