Before you write

Is there a home for sale right now?

This website does not list any home or plot for sale or rent, and shows no prices. If a project is open to enquiries, we will say so in our reply and give the details in writing.

Does it cost anything to ask?

No. Sending the form or writing an email is free. If any fee ever applies to a service, it is written down and agreed before you are asked to commit to anything.

Can I visit the office?

Yes, by appointment during business hours. We do not run a showroom with models on display, so please arrange a time first.

Do you arrange mortgages?

No. Loans are arranged with banks, and we do not give financial or tax advice. You can ask us for the information a lender will want, such as the plot area and the building specification, once a project is open to enquiries.

What happens to the details I send?

They reach us by email through formsubmit.co and are used only to answer you. The privacy policy describes this in full, including how long we keep messages.
